Rakurakukan is a dairy processing facility that makes various types of natural cheese made from local Tsurui milk. Their products have won several awards in nationwide cheese contests. While the cheese is available for sale at various shops in the village, you can see how they are made in this factory. You can even try making your own cheese, ice cream, or sausages. You normally have to bring your own ingredients, but you can also make an advance reservation to have it prepared for you.
